Revenue figures, ARR milestones, and customer counts from private startups across LatAm.
Daki, a São Paulo–based ultrafast grocery delivery startup using dark stores and vertically integrated logistics for rapid supermarket orders, is approaching R$ 1 billion in annualized revenue, grew more than 50% year-on-year and reached breakeven. [Round Below]
Mozart, a Montevideo–based conversational AI platform that uses virtual agents to negotiate and recover debt in real time, is serving more than 50 corporate clients across 15 countries, including Bancolombia, BBVA, Santander and Shopee. [Round Below]
Unolife, a São Paulo–based healthtech platform combining online therapy with subscriptions, B2B mental-health services and upcoming self-care physical products, is targeting R$ 1 million in revenue for 2026 after reporting R$ 315 thousand in revenue in 2025.
Lastro, a São Paulo–based proptech that offers Lais, an AI conversational platform for real-estate search and market intelligence to optimize agencies' operations, surpassed 5 million people served.
Teddy Open Finance, a São Bernardo do Campo–based fintech-infratech providing technology and infrastructure to distribute financial products and credit via a digital ecosystem, reported a gross profit of R$ 14.5 million and revenue of R$ 56.2 million in Q1 2026, while originating R$10.8 billion in credit and seeing ~140,000 customers access credit through its platform.
Tako, a Brazil–based AI-driven payroll and recruitment platform that automates payroll, recruitment and labor-litigation processes, projects to generate R$ 50 million from its new Tako Legal unit in its first year and reach R$ 150–200 million in total annual revenue.

Fluxo, a São Paulo-based fintech that simplifies international payments for global businesses, saw its headcount grow from 10 to 19 over the past quarter.
Zatlas, a São Paulo-based fintech that offers automated hotel reservation management, saw a ~20% headcount growth over the past quarter, reaching a total of 24 employees.
BackChannel, a São Paulo-based logtech that makes the purchase and sale of original products from major brands simple and efficient, saw a ~33% headcount growth over the past quarter, reaching a total of 32 employees.
🚀 Funding Rounds
Equity funding rounds from the past two weeks fueling the next wave of LatAm tech. Sorted by round size.
WideLabs, a Porto Alegre–based AI startup that builds national large language models and offers custom LLMs, applications and infrastructure for clients, is raising a Series A round of US$ 50 million. [Source]
Memed, a São Paulo–based healthtech that provides an electronic prescription platform and clinical AI to digitalize healthcare and generate structured clinical data, raised R$ 80 million in a round co-led by DGF and BridgeOne with participation from DNA Capital. [Source]
Daki sold a minority stake of less than 5% to iFood. The company’s last disclosed valuation was US$ 800 million in its 2023 Series D, and the investment formalises an operational partnership that began in 2024. [Source]
Franq, a Florianópolis–based fintech that enables banking professionals to operate independently via a platform aggregating 150+ financial products from 50+ banks and fintechs, closed a Series B financing of US$ 12.4 million led by Valor Capital Growth Fund, Quona Capital and Globo Ventures. Robbin, a Brazil–based fintech providing credit and payments solutions for supplier and retailer chains, closed a seed round of US$ 8 million co-led by Canary, Atlântico and Caravela. The round included participation from AB Seed, Norte Ventures, Clocktower and Tomorrow Capital, and the company also structured a US$ 100 million FIDC with Augme to finance its credit operations. Palenca, a Mexico City–based data infrastructure startup that verifies incomes and assesses credit risk by connecting financial institutions with private employment data, closed a financing round of US$ 4 million led by Experian. [Source]
Pitz, a Mexico City–based AI-based automotive infrastructure platform for mechanic shops that integrates diagnostics, management, a parts marketplace and logistics, closed an extension round of approximately US$ 2.9 million, bringing total capital raised to US$ 5 million in under a year. The round included participation from Alaya, Boost, Cracks, Latitud, The Pitch, BFF, Marathon and Amplifica. [Source]
Aimirim, a Uberlândia–based deeptech that builds AI-driven industrial automation and predictive control solutions combining hardware and software for agroindustry, mining and pulp & paper, closed a financing round of US$ 2 million co-led by SP Ventures and Indicator Capital. [Source]
Sinatra AI, a Niterói–based AI startup that detects e‑commerce errors to reduce losses, closed a seed round of R$ 10 million led by BluStone with participation from Caravela Capital, GR8 Ventures and Plug and Play. [Source]
Guipa, a São Paulo-based startup that transforms delivery motorcycles into OOH advertising platforms, raised a R$ 7.5 million pre seed round with angel investors such as João Dias, one of the founders of NEOOH, Carlos Fonseca, from Galápagos Capital, and Brazil Journal. [Source]
SolarZ, a Mossoró–based software platform for solar energy integrators that combines plant monitoring, CRM, proposal generation, after-sales management, communication and payment solutions, raised a US$ 1.2 million seed round led by Triaxis Capital and Crescera Capital. [Source]
DIO Inteligência, a São Paulo–based healthtech that uses AI to analyze dental radiographs and deliver fast diagnostics, treatment recommendations and standardized reports for dentists, raised R$ 4 million in a seed round led by Triaxis Capital and Crescera Capital with participation from Renato Velloso and early investor Guilherme de Leon. Mozart raised US$ 600,000 in a pre-seed round led by Orbit Ventures with participation from Picante VC and angel investors from Uruguay, Brazil and Paraguay. [Source]

Denga, a Rio de Janeiro–based dating app for Black people evolving into a community hub for events, networking, businesses and Afro-friendly brands, opened a funding round to raise R$ 1.5 million to accelerate its expansion to the United States and build out broader community features. [Source]
