📈 Traction Data

Plata, a Mexico City–based fully digital banking platform offering credit and payment services, surpassed 3.5 million active credit card customers and reported more than US$ 600 million in annualized revenue. [Round Below]
Segura, a São Paulo–based insurtech offering Helena, an AI platform integrated with WhatsApp that helps insurance brokers manage, quote and sell policies, grew from 100 brokers in 2024 to just over 3,000 brokers while operating in stealth mode. [Round Below]
Noh, a São Paulo–based fintech that offers a digital joint account for couples to manage shared finances, moved R$ 2.5 billion in transaction volume and expects to attract 10,000 new users in the coming months.
Hubla, a São Paulo–based pro infoproducts platform for creators that provides payments, data, infrastructure, AI and business tools to help established creators scale, grew revenue 10x since 2024, hit breakeven and is targeting R$ 2 billion in GMV in 2026.
Sankhya, an Uberlândia–based ERP and management software company building an integrated ecosystem of business solutions through M&A, reported R$ 740 million in ARR in 2025 and said acquired companies already represented about 35% of its revenue.
Kobe, a Porto Alegre–based SaaS platform that builds and optimizes branded mobile apps for retailers using AI, is targeting R$ 51 million in revenue in 2026, an 88.9% increase from R$ 27 million in 2025.
👥 Team Expansion
Startups rapidly scaling their teams.
Mileto, a São Paulo-based internship platform to source High School talent, saw a ~31% headcount growth over the past quarter, reaching a total of 17 employees.
Compra Rápida, a São Paulo-based one-click-buy platform intended to make shopping easier on merchant's websites, saw a ~35% headcount growth over the past quarter, reaching a total of 23 employees.
B4A, a São Paulo-based provider of metagenomic analysis services intended to access the DNA of microbial communities and identify their species, saw a ~25% headcount growth over the past quarter, reaching a total of 20 employees.
🚀 Funding Rounds
Equity funding rounds from the past two weeks fueling the next wave of LatAm tech. Sorted by round size.
Plata raised US$ 405 million in a Series C that valued the company at US$5 billion. The round was led by Bicycle Capital with participation from Kora, the Qatar Investment Authority and BTG Pactual. [Source]
Nas.com, a New York–based AI-powered business platform for digital entrepreneurs that builds products, stores, automated marketing, ads and payments, closed a US$ 27 million Series A led by Khosla Ventures. The company said the round included more than 20 investors and that Mexico is its largest monetization market. [Source]
Segura closed a seed round of R$ 45 million co-led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Kaszek. The round also included participation from Big_Bets and a group of angel investors such as Assaf Wand (Hippo) and Marcelo Blay (Minuto Seguros). [Source]
Takenos, a Buenos Aires–based digital wallet focused on cross-border payments that enables freelancers to receive international payments, send money, shop and save in multiple currencies, raised US$ 5 million in a seed round led by Variant and Lattice. [Source]
Astor, a San Francisco–based AI-driven financial advisor that delivers personalized investment guidance via text or voice, connected to users’ portfolios, closed a seed round of US$ 5 million led by Monashees. The round also included participation from Goodwater and Y Combinator. [Source]
Depay, a Buenos Aires–based real-time payments infrastructure startup that connects instant payment systems across countries, raised US$ 4 million in a seed round led by North Island Ventures with participation from Digital Currency Group (DCG), CMT Digital, Verda Ventures, Onigiri Capital and Hash3. PX Data, a Rio de Janeiro–based enterprise AI company that provides Luria, an AI-agents platform for corporate data analysis enabling natural-language queries and governed access, raised R$ 15 million in a round led by Bradesco Venture Capital with participation from Vibra Ventures. [Source]
BOND, a São Paulo–based AI startup that automates full-service accounting, tax and payroll for small and medium-sized enterprises, raised R$ 10 million. The round was led by Propel and included participation from Kiara Ventures, Norte Ventures, Hypersphere and an individual investment from iFood founder Patrick Sigrist. [Source]
Blanco, a Santiago–based fintech that provides financing solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (pymes), closed a US$ 2 million funding round through Broota with participation from more than 160 investors. [Source]
Fanbase, a Campinas–based platform that connects sports clubs to fans via a white‑label SaaS ecosystem including fan ID, CRM, ticketing, marketplace and payments, received an additional investment of R$ 3 million from DOMO.VC, bringing the total raised in the round to R$ 8 million. [Source]
Minter, a Florianópolis–based company that installs mobile containerized data centers at renewable generation sites to monetize curtailment, closed a Series A led by Itaú Ventures. The round also included Grupo Leste, Legend Capital and individual investors; the amount was not disclosed. [Source]
Neotrip, a São Paulo–based startup that builds AI infrastructure for hotels, including chatbots, booking engines and marketing tools to boost direct bookings and conversion, raised R$ 2.5 million in a pre-seed round led by HotelInvest. [Source]
Falaê, a Juiz de Fora–based platform that converts consumer feedback into strategic data and customer-experience intelligence for restaurants, collecting real-time reviews and operational indicators, raised R$ 1.5 million from Investidores.vc in its first financing round. [Source]
Tamborine, a Belo Horizonte–based cloud-native payments infrastructure startup that replaces legacy card-processing systems and acts as a processor and BIN sponsor for issuers and partners, raised US$ 100 thousand from Koinz Capital. [Source]
Payments Way Solutions SAS, a Bogotá–based fintech that provides omnichannel payment processing, digital wallets, payouts and AI-driven fraud-prevention and analytics, received a strategic investment from Coltefinanciera S.A.. [Source]
