Welcome to Tech Talents! In this newsletter, I typically share real-time key talent movements in the LatAm tech ecosystem. However, Tech Signals is a special edition that tracks how fast LatAm startups are growing. From news articles, LinkedIn posts, and other public sources, it surfaces the metrics that matter: revenue figures, customer counts, headcount growth, and funding rounds of private startups across Latin America.
