📈 Traction Data
Revenue figures, ARR milestones, and customer counts from private startups across LatAm.
Liqi, a São Paulo-based blockchain fintech specializing in asset tokenization and digital assets, closed 2025 with R$ 10 million in revenue and plans to more than double that to R$ 25 million in 2026. The company expects the volume transacted through its tokenization platform and new BRLD stablecoin to jump from a cumulative R$ 1 billion over the last four years to R$ 5 billion in 2026.
Revena, a São Paulo-based healthtech that uses AI to automate hospitals’ revenue cycle and medical billing, grew 20x in 2025 and has its technology running in over 60 hospitals.
Barte, a São Paulo-based fintech offering payment infrastructure, acquiring and corporate banking for mid- and large-sized companies, grew 2.5x in 2025 to more than R$ 250 million in revenue and total payment volume nearing R$ 10 billion, up from R$ 1.5 billion in 2024.
Conta Simples, a São Paulo-based fintech specialized in corporate cards and automated expense management for SMEs, surpassed the milestone of 2 million cards issued, and extended nearly R$ 400 million in credit, a 161% increase for 2025.
Voa Health, a Brazilian healthtech that uses AI to automate clinical documentation and support doctors throughout the care journey, saw its revenue grow 4.5x in 2025, to approximately R$ 5 million.
Pix Mídia, a Brazilian platform for corporate internal communication, grew its revenue from R$ 6.5 million in 2023 to more than R$ 10 million in 2025.
Takeat, a Vitória-based Brazilian startup offering an all-in-one management platform for restaurants, already serves 3,000 restaurants, generating about R$ 1.2 million in monthly revenue and operating at breakeven since 2024.
BeConfident, a São Paulo-based AI edtech that built one of Latin America’s largest AI education platforms, has reached 3 million users and 160,000 paying students across WhatsApp and its own app, generating over US$10 million in annual recurring revenue without relying on venture capital in its early phase and projecting a 5x revenue increase by 2026.
Avenia, a São Paulo-based issuer of the BRLA real-pegged stablecoin and provider of blockchain-based cross-border payment rails, now has about US$7.5 million in BRLA in circulation and processed more than US$1 billion in transactions over the last year.

Rivio, a São Paulo-based healthtech startup offering a hospital revenue management platform, saw a ~40% headcount growth over the past quarter, reaching a total of 70 employees.
Guapeco, a Florianópolis-based provider of customized pet insurance services, saw a ~40% headcount growth over the past quarter, reaching a total of 24 employees.
Tela, a US-based AI-powered workflow automation platform designed to eliminate repetitive tasks operating in Brazil, saw a ~25% headcount growth over the past quarter, reaching a total of 68 employees.
🚀 Funding Rounds
Funding rounds from the past two weeks fueling the next wave of LatAm tech. Sorted by round size.
Tapi, an Argentine fintech founded in Buenos Aires, raised US$27 million in a Series B round led by Kaszek Ventures with participation from Endeavor Catalyst and Latitud. The new capital will go toward expanding its payment infrastructure in Mexico, hiring technical talent, launching new pay-in and payout services, and exploring strategic acquisitions across the region. Avenia raised a US$17 million funding round co-led by Quona Capital and Big Bets, with participation from Headline, Fluent Ventures, Tomorrow Capital, Palm Drive Capital, Scale Up by Endeavor, Kazea, Pátria High Growth, Sequoia Scout Fund and Accel Scout Fund. The capital will back international expansion and new products as the company positions itself as a bridge between global fintechs and financial systems in Brazil and the wider region. [Source]
BeConfident raised approximately US$15.8 million in a Series A round led by Prosus Ventures to fuel expansion into the US, Europe and Asia. [Source]
Revena raised a R$ 40 million Seed round led by Canary with participation from Flourish Ventures and Caravela Ventures. The startup will use the capital to double its engineering team and invest in marketing and sales as it targets a share of Brazil’s multibillion-real hospital billing market. [Source]
Anbetec, a Goiânia-based Brazilian fintech that provides a financial ERP and embedded credit for the B2B supply chain, has secured a R$ 30 million investment from SRM Ventures to expand its presence among distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in Brazil. [Source]
Ruvo, a São Paulo-based fintech offering a global dollar account for Brazilians, has raised US$ 4.6 million in Seed funding to modernize remittances between Brazil and the U.S. The round was led by 1confirmation, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, Rebel Fund, Blast, Neer Ventures, First Check Ventures and Mission Street Capital, and will be used to scale its Pix- and crypto-powered cross‑border payments infrastructure. Refurbi, a Bogotá-based Latin American startup that refurbishes and recycles electronic devices, closed a US$4 million Seed Extension round combining equity and debt to consolidate its operations and expand into Mexico. The round was led by Latin Leap with participation from PSM Impact Ventures, Epic Angels, the Inter-American Development Bank (BID) and Banco Itaú. [Source]
Takeat raised a R$ 15 million Series A led by DGF with participation from existing investor Quartzo Capital, manager of the Espírito Santo Sovereign Fund. The new capital will support commercial and marketing expansion as the company scales its all-in-one software across Brazil. [Source]
Quipu, a Bogotá-based fintech that uses AI and alternative data to score informal microbusinesses, has raised a US$1.1 million pre-Series A round led by impact-focused fund Impacta VC, with participation from Decelera, Vertical Partners, Corteza Capital and Comfama. The capital will be used to integrate its alternative scoring API into more financial institutions, strengthen its tech and data teams, and support expansion of its inclusive credit infrastructure across Latin America. Leracom AI, a Monterrey-based Mexican startup using artificial intelligence to optimize and automate contact center operations, raised a US$1 million Pre-Seed round led by WeBoost with participation from regional funds and angel investors. [Source]
Pix Mídia raised R$ 2.9 million in a new investment round led by Domo Invest with participation from Bossa Nova Investimentos. [Source]
DGenny, a startup from Florianópolis that develops a purchasing super-agent via WhatsApp for construction companies, raised R$ 2 million in its first institutional round led by ABSeed Ventures, with a focus on accelerating marketing, sales, and customer service. [Source]
AI athology, São Paulo-based healthtech that uses AI to analyze smartphone photos of skin lesions and support early detection of skin cancer, has secured a R$ 1.5 million investment round from Enseada. [Source]
Tem Lugar, a Santa Catarina-based digital platform that connects companies to idle logistics warehouse capacity, received an undisclosed strategic investment from Mouts TI to support the expansion of its storage marketplace. [Source]
