Revenue figures, ARR milestones, and customer counts from private startups across LatAm.
Creditas, a São Paulo–based fintech providing secured lending across auto finance, home equity and payroll-deducted credit, reported R$1.14 billion in quarterly originations, R$722.9 million in revenue and R$8.1 billion in assets under management in 2Q26. Originations rose 34.2% year over year, while revenue increased 30.2%.
Cumbuca, a Brazil–based Open Finance infrastructure and payment institution, grew its active Open Finance consents from roughly 600,000 in January to more than 9.5 million in July, representing more than a 15x increase in six months.
Beacon Founders, a São Paulo–based family office providing wealth management, equity-pool structures and legal and tax support to technology founders, increased total assets under management to R$650 million following its incorporation of 314 Capital and is targeting more than R$1 billion in 2026.
TideWise, a Rio de Janeiro–based developer of autonomous, uncrewed surface vessels for defense and offshore operations, is on track to reach approximately R$30 million in 2026 revenue, with the revenue already contracted.
RecargaPay, a São Paulo–based fintech offering payments, cards and consumer credit products, served more than 14 million customers and grew 30% annually on average over the past three years. The company said it became profitable in 2023.
NearX, a São Paulo–based educational technology platform that trains professionals and develops custom enterprise solutions using emerging technologies, aims to generate R$10 million in revenue in 2026 as it shifts from B2C to an exclusively B2B model. The company reported R$7 million in revenue in 2025, up from R$2 million in 2024, and expects annual revenue growth of 20% to 30% in 2027.
👥 Team Expansion
Startups rapidly scaling their teams.
Tools for the Commons, a São Paulo-based developer of a blockchain-based, community-run infrastructure for public goods and open governance, saw a 39% increase in headcount over the past quarter, reaching a total of 25 employees.
TOHKN, an El Salvador-based investment platform for Latin America offering regulated tokenized assets, saw a 24% increase in headcount over the past quarter, reaching a total of 42 employees.
Segura, a São Paulo-based AI platform connecting insurance brokers and insurers to manage policies and streamline quotes, sales and renewals, saw a 23% increase in headcount over the past quarter, reaching a total of 48 employees.
🚀 Funding Rounds
Funding rounds from the past two weeks fueling the next wave of LatAm tech. Sorted by round size.
Yuno, a Brazil–based payments-infrastructure startup providing enterprises, banks and digital wallets with a unified API for global payment services, raised US$45 million in a Series B round led by Global PayTech Ventures. Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, Kaszek, Monashees, QuantumLight Capital, Endeavor Catalyst, Rasmal Ventures, Further Ventures and GrowthX Capital also participated. [Source]
Tractian, an Atlanta–based industrial technology company providing sensors, AI and predictive-maintenance solutions for factories, secured R$120.1 million in financing from BNDES to develop robotic assistants for industrial inspection and predictive maintenance. [Source]
Zayra, a São Paulo–based education platform for Web3, blockchain, tokenization and digital finance, raised R$15 million in a Seed round. Angel investors Gustavo Guedes Maniero, Ibrahim Jamhour and Edison Raposo participated alongside other financial-sector investors. [Source]
hiSofi, a Miami–based debt-collection technology company that uses data-driven messaging and digital payment portals, raised US$1 million in a round backed by SaaSholic and including a US$250,000 co-investment from Uruguay’s National Research and Innovation Agency (ANII). The company will use Uruguay as the base for its regional artificial intelligence and data-science hub. [Source]
Premia, a Campinas–based edtech developing proprietary AI models and a learning-management platform for basic and higher education, raised R$5 million in its first investment round from an undisclosed family office. [Source]
Plinq, a Curitiba–based women’s safety platform that checks public criminal and judicial records of potential romantic partners, raised R$1.3 million in its first funding round led by Spectra Investments. Angel investors included Lovable cofounder and CEO Anton Osika, Ella Wealth cofounder Liana Selles, Doji founder and CEO Fernando Montera, and former P&G IT director José Gerardo Carrero. [Source]
Galgo, a Santiago–based fintech that finances motorcycle purchases for underserved consumers, received an undisclosed investment from Uber. The companies will develop motorcycle-purchase financing for Uber drivers and delivery workers across Latin America, beginning in Mexico in the first quarter of 2027. [Source]
Debt Rounds
Kesh, a São Paulo–based fintech and HRtech offering salary accounts, emergency loans and interest cashback through partner purchases, raised R$550 million in a Seed round combining equity and debt financing. Leste led the investment alongside BR Angels and Across Capital partners Alexandre Noschese, Mike Silva and Rafael Costa. [Source]
Ume, a Belo Horizonte–based digital-credit fintech that enables retailers, marketplaces and service companies to offer financial products to customers, raised R$500 million through FIDCs. Itaú, Bradesco, XP (Augme), Milenio, Verde and Credit Saison participated in the oversubscribed operation. [Source]
FAZ Cred, a São Paulo–based fintech specializing in private payroll-deducted loans for formal workers, raised US$16 million through its new FAZ Cred Mais Trabalhador FIDC. The vehicle targets the health and education sectors, with Patrimonial serving as the principal investor. [Source]
Expanding to LatAm
Moove, an Amsterdam–based mobility-financing company expanding into autonomous-vehicle fleet operations, raised US$250 million in a Series C at a US$2.1 billion valuation. The round was co-led by Mubadala, Toyota’s Woven Capital and Ion Pacific. [Source]
HappyRobot, a San Francisco–based developer of AI agents that automate complex enterprise operations across business systems, raised US$150 million in a Series C at a US$1.2 billion post-money valuation. Prysm Capital led the round, which was co-led by Eurazeo and brought the company’s total funding to more than US$200 million. [Source]
Yellow Card, an Atlanta–based provider of stablecoin and fiat payment infrastructure for businesses and financial institutions, raised US$40 million to support its expansion into Brazil and Latin America. The round was led by SC Ventures, Sony Innovation Fund, Polychain Capital and Blockchain Capital. [Source]
Naran, an Abu Dhabi–based mobility fintech that finances vehicles for independent ride-hailing drivers through a rent-to-own model, raised US$10 million in equity and debt financing from Landel. The company will use the capital to expand its fleets in Colombia, Peru, Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire. [Source]
