📈 Traction Data
Revenue figures, ARR milestones, and customer counts from private startups across LatAm.
Einship, a Fortaleza–based AI-native LogTech that provides data intelligence and operational-management tools for import and export operations, grew more than 400% in 2025 and matched its full-year 2025 revenue in the first five months of 2026. The company now serves more than 100 customers. [Round Below]
Runflow, a São Paulo–based platform for enterprises to build, monitor and manage AI agents that automate complex business processes, reported R$ 4.5 million in ARR and expects to reach R$ 12 million by December. [Round Below]
Ecoterra, a Chile–based agrifoodtech that connects sustainable food producers, consumers, and commercial partners through blockchain-enabled traceability, reported nearly US$ 5 million in annual sales and EBITDA above 10%. [Round Below]
Venda AI, a São Paulo–based retail technology startup that automates sales and customer reactivation through AI-powered WhatsApp agents, reported 15 enterprise clients and projected US$ 1 million in ARR by the end of 2026.
Hero Seguros, a São Paulo–based insurtech that distributes travel insurance and other protection products through B2B2C partnerships, expects revenue to rise from R$ 215 million in 2025 to up to R$ 400 million by the end of 2026, while EBITDA is projected to increase from R$ 24.5 million to R$ 40 million.
Vammo, a São Paulo–based electric motorcycle manufacturer and rental operator, reached EBITDA break-even in June and achieved R$ 150 million in annualized recurring revenue, doubling revenue in four months.
👥 Team Expansion
Startups rapidly scaling their teams.
Carecode, a São Paulo-based conversational AI call center for clinics that reduces costs, maximizes results, and transforms the customer experience, saw a 56% increase in headcount over the past quarter, reaching a total of 25 employees.
Clara, a São Paulo-based corporate payments and spend management platform, saw an 18% increase in headcount over the past quarter, reaching a total of 733 employees.
Nuvidio, a Belo Horizonte-based video identity verification and contract formalization with AI biometrics and anti-fraud tools, saw a 25% increase in headcount over the past quarter, reaching a total of 70 employees.
🚀 Funding Rounds
Funding rounds from the past two weeks fueling the next wave of LatAm tech. Sorted by round size.
Siigo, a Bogotá–based enterprise software company providing invoicing, accounting, payroll and administrative tools for small and medium-sized businesses, secured a US$ 103.5 million financing round. Banco de Occidente, part of Grupo Aval, contributed US$ 18.5 million to the transaction alongside international investors. [Source]
Cashea, a Caracas–based BNPL fintech providing short-term consumer credit and payment solutions through merchant partnerships, raised US$ 100 million across a US$ 40 million Series A and a US$ 60 million Series B completed within three months. Investors included Finsight Ventures, Spice Expeditions, Architect Capital, Endeavor Catalyst, Krealo, Amador Holdings and NuMundo Ventures. [Source]
Decade, a São Paulo–based AI-powered wealth management platform, raised a US$85 million Seed round. The round was backed by Benchmark, Diffusion, Greenoaks, Atlantico and Norte Ventures. [Source]
COR, an Argentina–based software platform that automates back-office operations, project management and profitability analysis for agencies and professional-services firms, raised US$ 30 million in a round led by FTV Capital. [Source]
Jusfy, a São Paulo–based AI operating system for Brazilian legal practices, raised a US$ 15 million Series A led by Quona Capital. Spectra Investments, The LegalTech Fund, FJ Labs, MAYA Capital and Thomson Reuters Ventures also participated. [Source]
Rintin, a Mexico City–based B2B commerce platform connecting small entrepreneurs with wholesalers through a marketplace, embedded credit, logistics and AI tools, raised US$ 6.2 million in a round led by Cometa. Newtopia VC, Latin Leap, Amador Holdings and FJ Labs participated alongside angel investors including Vercel’s Guillermo Rauch, Globant’s Guibert Englebienne, Clip’s Adolfo Babatz, Etsy’s Josh Silverman and Auth0’s Matías Woloski. PuntoPost, a Mexico City–based last-mile logistics startup that turns neighborhood businesses into package pickup and delivery points, raised US$ 4.8 million in a round that brought Liverpool on as a new strategic investor. Existing backers 4Founders Capital, JME Ventures, Lanai and Inclimo also participated. [Source]
Inspira, a São Paulo–based legal technology startup developing an AI assistant for legal research, document analysis, drafting, and case management, raised a US$ 2.8 million Series A round led by Cloud9 Capital. Vivo Ventures also participated. [Source]
Runflow raised R$ 7 million in a Seed round led by Honey Island. Airborne Ventures and Stamina Ventures also participated in the round. [Source]
Einship raised a US$ 1 million Seed round led by Parceiro Ventures. [Source]
Ecoterra raised US$ 1 million from Capibara Impact Trust at a US$ 16 million valuation. [Source]
Ecotrace, a Vinhedo–based agtech that provides digital commodity-traceability solutions for agribusiness, received an investment of between R$ 5 million and R$ 10 million from GS1 Ventures. [Source]
Medipreço, a Brasília–based healthtech that provides corporate medication benefit plans powered by AI-driven medical-document validation, raised R$ 2.7 million from BDev Ventures. [Source]
Urbis, a Fortaleza–based loyalty-tech company providing white-label, AI-powered engagement platforms for subscription businesses, raised R$ 2 million in a pre-Seed round backed by Investidores.vc and FIP Nordeste, managed by Triáxis Capital and Crescera Capital. [Source]
Debt Rounds
Kesh, a São Paulo–based B2B2C fintech that manages payroll and provides salary advances with interest cashback for workers, raised R$ 550 million in an equity and FIDC funding round led by Grupo Leste. BR Angels and a group of strategic partners from Across Capital also participated. [Source]
Ábaco Technologies, a San Salvador–based fintech providing digital invoice financing that turns SMEs’ accounts receivable into working capital, secured US$ 53M through a warehouse facility and Seed round, bringing total funding to more than US$ 60M. Accial Capital and Pomona Impact led the warehouse facility, while Promotora Social México, Nazca Ventures, Alaya Capital, Caricaco Ventures and Innogen Capital joined the Seed round. [Source]
Duppla, a Bogotá–based proptech offering rent-to-own home financing and residential investment products, raised US$ 60 million in a mix of debt and equity led by a fund managed by Patria Investments. Skandia Planeación Financiera, Cometa, Grupo Pegasus and Nazca also participated. [Source]
Expanding to LatAm
Emergent, a San Francisco–based Indian AI vibe-coding platform that enables non-programmers to build full-stack applications with autonomous agents, raised US$ 130 million in a Series C at a US$ 1.5 billion valuation. The round included backers such as Creaegis, Khosla Ventures, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Lightspeed and Y Combinator. [Source]
