📈 Traction Data
Revenue figures, ARR milestones, and customer counts from private startups across LatAm.
Pinbank, a São Paulo–based fintech that provides white-label financial infrastructure (Pix, acquiring, BaaS, card issuance and credit), projects to generate R$150 million in revenue for 2026, a 50% increase versus 2025. [Round Below]
NeoSpace, a Uberlândia–based AI startup that builds Large Data Models (LDMs) to analyze corporate structured and unstructured data and generate real-time business recommendations, projects R$ 300 million in revenue for 2026.
Brendi, a São José dos Campos–based platform that enables restaurants to take and dispatch orders via WhatsApp with digital menus and in-chat payments, reports processing 420,000 orders per week, a current ARR of nearly US$ 5 million, and a targeted ARR of US$ 8–9 million by year-end. [Round Below]
Mango, a San Pedro Garza García–based financial infrastructure platform for construction that connects contractors, developers, distributors and suppliers to manage procurement, financing and payments, processed more than US$ 16 million in transactions and grew 762% over the past 12 months. Baubap, a Mexico City–based fintech that offers instant digital microloans using mobile-based alternative data to serve unbanked and informal workers, reports reaching a revenue run-rate exceeding US$ 100 million. [Round Below]
Blanco Financiero, a Santiago–based digital factoring fintech that uses AI to automate invoice processing and provide SME financing via WhatsApp, is generating US$ 8.4 million in annualized revenue and moving more than US$ 33 billion in invoice stock. [Round Below]
Adianta Jus, a São Paulo–based fintech that buys precatórios and credit rights and advances cash to creditors while structuring investments for institutional investors, projects a 4.5× growth in number of operations and a 4× growth in revenue for 2026, targeting R$ 4 million in revenue and 380 purchase operations.

Avenia, a São Paulo-based fintech that provides stablecoin-based liquidity infrastructure that lets enterprises and fintechs move money across Latin America, saw a ~30% headcount growth over the past quarter, reaching a total of 39 employees.
Leads Per Hour, a Blumenau-based AI-driven sales prospecting platform that automates pre-sales, saw a ~29% headcount growth over the past quarter, reaching a total of 18 employees.
🚀 Funding Rounds
Equity funding rounds from the past two weeks fueling the next wave of LatAm tech. Sorted by round size.
Mercado Bitcoin, a São Paulo–based digital-asset platform that offers trading, tokenized investments, credit, stablecoin payments and banking services, closed a financing round of US$ 20 million in a first close of its Series C led by Tether and joined by SoftBank and the company's founders. The company said the capital will be used to expand payments infrastructure, scale tokenized investment products and strengthen credit and on-chain capital-market capabilities. [Source]
Stenon, a Germany–based agtech that provides real-time in-field soil analysis of plant-available nitrogen and soil organic carbon using FarmLab sensors, AI and cloud software, raised € 18 million in a Series B round to accelerate product development and expand in priority markets including Brazil. The round was led by Pymwymic and included the DeepTech & Climate Fonds (DTCF) alongside existing investors Atlantic, Oyster Bay, Founders Fund, TIME Ventures and Bernd Hoffmann. [Source]
Aviva, a Mexico City–based fintech that provides $100–$1,000 loans to individuals and small businesses through AI-powered video-bot kiosks, raised US$ 18 million in a Series A led by Valor Capital Group with participation from BID Labs, Caravela Capital, Endeavor and existing investors Wollef, Ignia, Krealo and Newtopia. The funding will support the company’s expansion across Mexico and the launch of new financial products for underserved consumers. [Source]
Infinia, a Montevideo–based financial infrastructure startup that connects traditional payment rails with stablecoin networks and handles multi-market regulatory compliance, raised US$ 13.5 million in a Series A led by Bain Capital and Variant Fund. Other participants included Y Combinator, Lattice, Varrock, Reverie, Decacorn, G2 and Tekton Ventures, and the company said it will use the funding to secure additional regulatory licenses and expand across Latin America, Africa and Asia. Conta Cheia, a Curitiba–based fintech that offers private payroll-deductible loans (crédito consignado) to CLT workers through B2B employer partnerships and a digital platform, raised R$ 50 million from an investment fund to accelerate its expansion in private payroll-deductible lending in Brazil. Founded in December 2025, the company said the capital will be used to scale B2B partnerships, strengthen its technology and expand operational capacity. [Source]
Brendi raised US$ 6.6 million in a round led by Propel Ventures with participation from Big Bets, Norte Ventures and Citrino. A portion of the capital was used to repurchase stakes from some angel investors and the remaining funds will be deployed to accelerate restaurant acquisition across Brazil. [Source]
Mango closed a Seed+ round that brought total capital raised to US$ 6 million. The round was led by Brick & Mortar Ventures with participation from Ironspring Ventures, and the capital will be used to accelerate technology and data development and to expand the company’s presence in Mexico and across Latin America. Blanco Financiero closed a seed round of US$ 5.2 million led by Krealo, the venture arm of Credicorp. The round followed a campaign on Broota that attracted 160 local investors and will fund regional expansion into Peru and Colombia leveraging Credicorp’s ecosystem. [Source]
TripWip, a Montevideo–based P2P carsharing platform that connects private car owners with renters via a fully digital end-to-end experience, closed a seed financing round of US$ 4.2 million to accelerate its growth in Mexico and Argentina. The round included Latin Leap, CrossBoundary, Yango Ventures, Promotora Social de México and Satrack Ventures, plus OEM investors tied to Toyota and Kia and founders/operators from Kavak, dLocal, Uber, PedidosYa and Rappi. Terraflos, a Garzón–based consumer-science biotech that develops supplements, functional foods and skin-care products by combining biotechnology and AI for preventive longevity, closed a Pre‑Series A round of US$ 3.5 million led by Rainforest Capital, Swiss Pampa and Yaax Capital. The round brought the company’s cumulative investment to more than US$ 10 million and set a valuation of US$ 85 million. [Source]
Branddu AI, a Mexico City–based B2B MerchTech platform that uses AI, proprietary technology and a regional supplier network to streamline corporate merchandising procurement, closed a pre-seed round of US$ 300,000, bringing its total capital raised to US$ 800,000. The round was reported to include participation from 500 Global as a lead investor. [Source]
Debt Rounds
Pinbank raised R$ 100 million via a FIDC structured and distributed by XP to reinforce its acquiring operation. [Source]
Nexu, a Mexico City–based fintech that offers AI-powered automotive financing for consumers with limited credit histories, secured a US$ 143 million credit line from HSBC. [Source]
Baubap closed a credit line of US$ 23 million structured jointly by BBVA Spark and SixPoint Capital for a 48-month term. [Source]
