Revenue figures, ARR milestones, and customer counts from private startups across LatAm.
Vixtra, a São Paulo–based fintech that provides import-management software and trade-banking, offering collateralized working capital and FX services for importers, reported an ARR of US$ 12 million and a credit portfolio of R$ 250 million after lending to more than 200 importers. [Round Below]
Jabuti AGI, a São Paulo–based startup that provides an autonomous AI agents platform (Jabuti Studio) that executes end-to-end processes integrated with corporate systems for regulated sectors, grew 700% in 2025 and projects R$ 25 million in revenue for 2026.
Layers, a São Caetano do Sul–based edtech that integrates digital solutions for educational institutions into a unified SuperApp ecosystem, reported serving more than 9,000 institutions and about 3.5 million students while sustaining an EBITDA margin above 40%.
SPAKIO, a Mexico City–based flexible storage platform that lets customers schedule pickups, manage digital inventories, and request on-demand deliveries, grew monthly recurring revenue 13.2x over the past three years (136.4% CAGR) and reported nearly 1,600 active customers. [Round Below]
Inspira, a São Paulo–based legaltech that offers legal research, knowledge management, and AI agents to integrate public and private legal data and automate legal tasks, reported more than 300 clients and 17,000 active users. [Round Below]
PayConductor, a Barueri–based AI-native payments orchestration platform for e‑commerce and iGaming that routes each transaction to the PSP with the highest approval likelihood at the lowest cost, reported zero churn and 40% month‑over‑month MRR growth since its December 2025 launch.
👥 Team Expansion
Startups rapidly scaling their teams.
Rooftop, a São Paulo-based proptech that turns property into quick liquidity, saw a ~12% headcount growth over the past month, reaching a total of 56 employees.
Depay, a Buenos Aires-based infrastructure fintech startup that connects LatAm payment systems for crypto acceptance and interoperable QR payments, saw a ~17% headcount growth over the past month, reaching a total of 55 employees.
Eles & Elas, a São Paulo-based healthtech that treats the main conditions of modern man with recurring medication delivery, validated medical protocols and continuous digital monitoring, saw a ~21% headcount growth over the past month, reaching a total of 17 employees.
🚀 Funding Rounds
Equity funding rounds from the past two weeks fueling the next wave of LatAm tech. Sorted by round size.
Clip, a Mexico City–based fintech that provides card payments, software, loans and merchant tools and is launching a digital wallet to bank consumers and small businesses, closed a financing round of US$ 500 million at a valuation above US$ 2.5 billion. The round remains subject to regulatory approval. [Source]
CodeJobs, a Orlando–based HR tech that connects tech professionals to foreign remote jobs via paid subscriptions, raised US$ 40 million from Kleiner Perkins and gave the fund a 48% stake. The investment will be used to develop technology and AI and to expand the startup’s presence in Europe, Asia and emerging Latin American markets. [Source]
Telepatia AI, a São Paulo–based clinical AI co-pilot that transcribes consultations, auto-structures medical records and suggests evidence-based care, closed a Series A of US$ 33 million led by a16z. The round included angel investors Shyam Sankar, Simón Borrero and David Vélez. [Source]
Vixtra closed a R$ 45 million Series A led by Valor Capital with participation from Headline, NXTP, Actyus, Bluestone and Simma Capital. [Source]
Trace Finance, a São Paulo–based fintech that provides regulated U.S. settlement infrastructure and stablecoin settlement for cross-border payments, raised US$ 32 million in a Series A led by CoinFund. The round included participation from Coinbase Ventures, Haun Ventures, Valor Capital, Jump Capital, Paxos, Chainlink Labs, SNZ Capital and notable angel backers. [Source]
Datamint, a Rio de Janeiro–based startup that provides AI-driven asset management and decision-support solutions for critical industrial operations (oil & gas, energy, sanitation and manufacturing), closed a seed round of US$ 5 million led by Headline. Other participants included Opus Investimentos, Valutia and Kittyhawk. [Source]
Braven, a Colombia–based insurance infrastructure startup that provides an AI-agent-based underwriting and submissions platform for insurers and reinsurers, raised US$ 4.6 million in a Seed round led by Collide Capital. The round included participation from Fiat Ventures, MGV, Carao Ventures, Angeles VC and Broom Ventures. [Source]
Inspira raised R$ 15 million in a round led by Cloud9 Capital with participation from Vivo Ventures. [Source]
Hexagon, a Brazil and United States–based platform that builds Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — SEO for generative AI that helps brands be referenced and included in AI-generated responses, raised R$ 10 million in a seed round from Pear VC. [Source]
SPAKIO raised a US$ 1.3 million extension of its seed round, bringing total funding to US$ 3.2 million. The round included follow-on investments from Liverpool Ventures and Variv Capital, alongside new investors Tantauco Ventures and Flecha Amarilla. [Source]
Loopia, a Santa Catarina–based startup that develops generative-AI agents for e-commerce and marketplaces, centralizing customer service, marketing and operations across channels like WhatsApp, Mercado Livre and Shopify, raised a Seed round of R$ 6.5 million led by Parceiro Ventures with participation from Quartzo, Funses I, ACE Founders and BVC Latam. ProtectU, a Montevideo–based insurtech that offers an AI-powered digital wallet for insurance policies and an AI assistant that explains coverage in plain language, raised US$ 100,000 from an angel investor. [Source]
