Revenue figures, ARR milestones, and customer counts from private startups across LatAm.
Skyone, a São Paulo–based technology company that provides cloud, data, AI and cybersecurity solutions for small and medium enterprises, reported R$ 400 million in revenue in 2025 and more than 25,000 customers. The company said it expects 50% growth in 2026.
Asaas, a Brazil–based fintech that provides payments and financial services for small and medium businesses, reported more than R$ 500 million in revenue last year.
Iniciador, a São Paulo–based Open Finance infrastructure provider enabling Pix-based and agentic payment solutions for banks, fintechs and digital platforms, recorded 283 million API calls in the past three months and posted R$ 10 million in revenue in 2025.
Vitrify, a São Paulo–based deeptech platform that centralizes and visualizes capital markets data using AI to extract, classify and clean financial documents from exchanges and banks, reached about R$ 200,000 in monthly recurring revenue and around 50 active clients. [Round Below]
Didit, a San Francisco–based identity infrastructure and fraud-prevention platform that offers an API for document, biometric, transaction and digital-wallet verification, reports serving more than 1,500 B2B customers across 220+ countries and monthly revenue growth above 30%, while achieving profitable operations. Trinio, a Rio de Janeiro–based retailtech that offers AI-powered omnichannel e-commerce orchestration (checkout, fulfillment and logistics), registered an approximately eightfold increase in revenue between 2024 and 2025. The company said it serves more than 50 enterprise clients and expects to reach breakeven within a year. [Round Below]
Dapper, a Bogotá–based AI regulatory-intelligence platform that monitors governments and regulations for large corporations and delivers real-time personalized alerts, reports serving 52 clients and generating more than US$ 1 million in annual revenue.
👥 Team Expansion
Startups rapidly scaling their teams.
Facio, a São Paulo-based digital financial platform that integrates with employers’ systems to offer credit facilities to employees, saw a ~27% headcount growth over the past quarter, reaching a total of 107 employees.
Makasí, a Curitiba-based real estate platform designed for home financing and construction, saw a ~14% headcount growth over the past quarter, reaching a total of 82 employees.
Liora Energia, a São Paulo-based energy fintech that helps businesses cut power costs and convert energy savings into credit via a renewable-energy platform, saw a ~23% headcount growth over the past quarter, reaching a total of 27 employees.
🚀 Funding Rounds
Equity funding rounds from the past two weeks fueling the next wave of LatAm tech. Sorted by round size.
Factorial, a Barcelona–based AI-first workforce management platform that provides a unified workspace and agents for HR, finance and IT, closed a Series D of €150 million to accelerate its transition to an AI-first product and expand its operation in Brazil. The round was led by General Catalyst with participation from Atomico and Four Rivers. [Source]
Pax, a São Paulo–based AI-native public safety platform that unifies cameras, police records and criminal databases into a single intelligence system sold to governments, raised US$ 40 million in a seed round co-led by Greenoaks and Benchmark. The round was completed last year when the company operated under the name Palladium and is only being announced now. [Source]
Uncover, a São Paulo–based AI-driven media measurement startup that transforms client data into real-time marketing-mix models, simulations, dashboards and a conversational insights tool for CMOs, closed a Series A round of R$ 80 million. The round was led by Cloud9 with participation from ABSeed, Geraldo Melzer and Endeavor Catalyst. [Source]
Vesper, a Florianópolis–based venture builder that creates biotech startups from academic research for human health and sustainable agriculture, opened a financing round of R$ 75 milhões. The round has already secured roughly R$ 25 milhões from participants, including members of the Lafer family (Klabin), Rise Ventures and ACNext Ventures as it aims to reach its target. [Source]
Wonderful, an Amsterdam–based enterprise agent platform that builds multilingual AI agents and embeds engineering and implementation teams inside large enterprises, closed a Series B extension that brought total Series B proceeds to US$ 165 million and valued the company at US$ 2 billion, with Kaszek investing US$ 15 million. The extension complements the US$ 150 million round led by investors such as Insight Partners, Index Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners and is intended to accelerate the company’s expansion into Latin America. Didit raised US$ 7.5 million in a seed round. The round attracted investors including Y Combinator, Pioneer Fund, Orange Collective, Founders Future, Phosphor Capital and Rebel Fund, with participation from Brazil's SaaSholic and angels such as Tomer London, Taro Fukuyama and Felipe Lamounier. Trinio closed a seed round of R$ 32 million led by Mexican fund Hi Ventures. The transaction also included Activant, Caravela, Latitud and Gilgamesh. [Source]
Biglink, a São Paulo–based SaaS marketing-mix modeling platform that uses AI to integrate media, sales, CRM, retail media, e‑commerce and social data into real-time recommendations, opened a pre-seed round estimated at R$ 20 million. [Source]
Strattum, a São Paulo–based platform that extracts and unifies enterprise data from ERPs, CRMs, data lakes and spreadsheets into a single structured layer to enable enterprise AI, closed a pre-seed financing round of US$ 3.2 million co-led by OneVC and Maya Capital with participation from Norte Ventures. Moonflow, a Sheridan–based collections management platform that uses AI-powered voice and text agents to automate debt collection for enterprises, financial institutions and fintechs, raised a US$ 1.6 million pre-series A round led by TheVentureCity with participation from Salkantay Ventures and Morro Ventures. Vitrify raised a R$ 5 million in a pre-seed round with participation from SVN and Plug and Play. [Source]
Adros, a São Paulo–based healthtech platform that helps clinics, labs and medical practices manage patient relationships, commercial operations and automate attraction, conversion and retention with AI, raised a pre-seed round from angel investors, valuing the healthtech at R$ 10 million. Investors named in the round included Marcelo Lacerda, Carlos Ambrosio, Lucas Moraes, Fernando Ortenblad, Renata Porto and manager Marcelo Peano. [Source]
Conty, a São Paulo–based martech platform that connects companies and creators to manage influencer campaigns, closed a pre-seed round with participation from Entrypoint and a group of angel investors. [Source]
