Welcome to Tech Talents! In this newsletter, I share real-time key talent movements in the LatAm tech ecosystem, including founders entering and exiting stealth mode, executive-level movements in unicorns, and partner-level changes in local VC firms.
This is the last edition of Tech Talents LatAm of the year, and I wanted to take this moment to thank all my readers and reflect on what we’ve built together. This was the first full year of this newsletter, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
We’re now a community of 1,000+ subscribers, including the best VCs in the region, top operators, and ambitious founders. Tech Talents has become the go-to place for anyone who wants to stay ahead of the talent curve in LatAm.
Here’s what we accomplished together in 2025:
153 meaningful connections made through Tech Talents Newsletter & Match platform (and many more outside of these platforms)
110+ carefully selected founder profiles shared with the community
55+ recently-launched startups covered
25+ unicorn leadership movements tracked
Launched an AI-powered co-founder matching portal and SaaS database platform
But the numbers only tell part of the story. Here’s what really matters:
“…só para agradecer aqui. Acabamos fechando um deal que encontrei no Tech Talents!” — VC firm
“I feel like [by reading Tech Talents] I have access to talents I wouldn’t have otherwise” — Operator
“Excelente, encontrei várias pessoas interessantes através dela” — Founder using Tech Talents Match
Thank you for being part of this throughout 2025. I’m excited to continue this journey in the year ahead!

📖 Recent Reads
My quick takes on interesting articles, news and data that I’ve come across recently.
This edition of Lenny’s Newsletter explores how a select group of employees consistently identifies and joins high-potential startups in their earliest stages. The recurring themes this group looks for when deciding the company to join: exceptional founders with audacious vision (even when their ambitions seem unrealistic) and a focus on team quality over current product state. Notably, those are also factors that venture investors use when placing their bets, suggesting that the principles for evaluating early-stage companies hold true whether you’re investing capital or your career.

👋 Co-Founder Matching
Looking for an early or late-stage co-founder?
In case you missed it, I recently launched a co-founder matching platform focused on the Brazilian market. The platform is independent of any VC or accelerator, completely free (zero equity, zero cost), always active, and carefully curated based on experience and matching preferences.
